Do I need to be in shape to start?
Hell no. I meet you where you're at. Whether you're a complete beginner or already lifting heavy, we’ll tailor everything to your current fitness level. The goal is progress, not perfection, and we're in it together, every step of the way. Expect to challenge yourself but also to feel supported as you grow stronger—physically and mentally.
What is kettlebell training, and why is it so effective for women?
Kettlebell training isn’t about chasing a number on a scale—it’s about empowering you to break past limiting beliefs and create real, sustainable confidence. Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yep, but don’t expect any gimmicky “diet plans” or restriction-based nonsense. I believe in a realistic, sustainable approach to eating—one that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle. I’ll help you make healthier choices, fuel your workouts, and maintain a balanced life without stressing over every meal. Forget “good” and “bad” food. It’s about nourishing your body, building healthy habits, and feeling empowered in the process.
