WHY I STARTED CLAUD9 COACHING
I started Claud9 Coaching because I was tired of seeing people stuck in the cycle of traditional fitness—training for aesthetics but never feeling truly strong, mobile, or pain-free. I wanted to create something different: a training method that builds real-world strength, resilience, and longevity.
I know what it’s like to feel frustrated—putting in the work but not seeing results, battling aches and pains, and feeling lost in a sea of fitness misinformation. That’s why I designed a system that ditches the outdated “gym bro” mentality and replaces it with a smarter, more effective way to train. Claud9 Coaching is built around kettlebell-based functional training—a method that forges strength, mobility, and durability, so you don’t just look strong, you become strong in every aspect of life.
