Hi, I’m Coach Claudia 👋

I help women lose 15–30 lbs of fat in 6 months through strength-based training that feels supportive, empowering, and sustainable — even if you’ve never lifted weights before.

Most of the women I work with are disciplined, busy, and doing their best. They’ve tried cardio, calorie cutting, and gym routines that promised results but left them feeling frustrated, tired, or unsure if they were doing things “right.”

I know this experience well because I lived it too.

For years, I believed that fitness had to feel hard to work. I trained often, pushed through exhaustion, and still felt disconnected from my body. It wasn’t until I slowed down and focused on learning how to train properly that everything changed.

Strength training — especially kettlebell training — taught me how to move with confidence, build muscle, and lose fat in a way that felt aligned with my life instead of working against it.

Now, I coach women inside a private, distraction-free training space in Wesley Chapel, where every session is tailored to your needs. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or you’ve been working out for years without seeing lasting results, you’ll receive hands-on coaching, clear guidance, and full support.

My goal isn’t just to help you lose 15–30 lbs of fat in 6 months: it’s to help you feel capable, confident, and proud of what your body can do.
