I’m Claudia Aguirre, the founder of Claud9 Coaching. A Florida native and graduate of Elon University with a degree in Physical Education and Health, I’ve spent the past 5.5 years in the fitness industry helping people break free from outdated training methods.

I started in traditional bodybuilding, chasing aesthetics and muscle growth. But over time, I realized that looking strong and being strong were two different things. Two years ago, I discovered functional training and kettlebells, and I haven’t looked back since. Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in StrongFirst, PPSC, and Bell Mechanics, I help women ditch the “safe” workouts and train with purpose—to build real-world strength, mobility, and resilience.

My mission? To empower women to stop holding back, step into their power, and get STRONG AF—not just in the gym, but in life.
